Sihem Sahli is a highly organized and self-driven person, passionate about developing her career in the field of finance and NGOs capacity building. Her commitment can be gauged from the fact that she is a holder of Masters Degrees in management, finance & economic development from the University of Clermont Ferrand I in France, The Frankfurt School of finance & management & the European Investment Bank. Besides, in 2017, She registered for the ‘Chartered Financial Analyst CFA’ Exam level I.
Possessing more than nine years of experience of working in diverse positions with multiple NGO and financial institutions, she has gained extensive insight within this field, especially financial projects management and partnership programmes. From 2008 to 2012, she was at the head of the External Financing department in Amen Bank, where she was in charge of dealing with all the bank’s partners in order to provide it with grants and external loans. Then, Sihem conducted several consulting missions in several institutions: VERMEG – BANQUE DE FRANCE, Companies from various industrial and agri-food sectors, Entrepreneurs Finance Centre (EFC) (Canadian Micro Finance Institution), Enda inter-arabe and the Institute of War & Peace reporting “IWPR”, (British NGO).
Sihem Salhi is, also, an Economics Instructor at Avicenne Private Business School in Tunisia and at Edupedia (online university) in India.
