The Canergie foundation for International peace ( Carnegie Endowment for International Peace) is non -governmental organization and a think tank dedicated to the state co-operation’ s development and the United States’ interest promotion on the international level . Founded in 1910 by Andrew Carnegie, the organization endeavor to keep a political impartiality by including both democratic and republican members . Through researches , publications and conferences , the foundation explores new approaches in the foreign affairs’ field . It is now directed by . James C. Gaither a former director of the RAND Corporation , think tank created by the United States Defense’s department . CARNEGIE en Tunisie Carnegie’s Tunisia Monitor project tracks the status of the country’s transition in the economic, political, and security spheres. This project provides original analysis and policy recommendations from a network of Tunisian contributors and Carnegie experts to inform decisionmakers in Tunisia, Europe, and the United States.
